Ron Vaughn Key Chimes

Ron Vaughn Key Chimes are designed with the recording percussionist in mind. They are rotating Studio Key Chimes, 6 3/4″ diameter with 24 solid brass alloy keys and a performance frame made of impact resistant polymer. They exhibit a flowing, soft sound, and are intended for playing with hands or light stick/brush work.

All rotating chimes ship with 3/8″ stainless steel mounting rod and polymer bearing. Available in Yellow and Green frames.

Performance Tip: Rotate the mounted chime slowly with one hand, then place the fingers of your other hand gently into the spinning keys to play. Create even, perfect swells and fades. Designed for soft to medium loud volumes.
