Milt Jackson Albright Mallets
Primarily a vibraphone mallet, the Albright mallet is handmade and yarn wrapped.This is the authentic mallet Milt used. These were made for Milt Jackson throughout his career and responsible for contributing to his "sound." The head combined with the rattan shaft measures 12" in length. This is a shorter than normal mallet with an extra large head surface. An excellent mallet for ballads. There are 2 hardnesses: medium hard and medium soft. These are limited in production and quantity.
