ProMark Signature Jazz Vibraphone Mallets

The ProMark Signature Jazz vibraphone series features four mallets by top vibe players. The mallets are well suited for both comping and solo performance.

Signature Jazz Vibraphone Series PBM Bill Molenhof Mallets

ProMark PBM Bill Molenhof signature vibraphone mallets were designed by teacher, composer, and recording artist, Bill Molenhof. Featuring a birch handle and grey cord wrapping, the PBM provides medium articulation which is well suited to both comping and solo performances.

• PBM mallets feature a cord wrap over a rubber core on a rattan handle
• Length: 15 1/4″
• PBM mallets are recommended for combo, solo, or larger ensemble work and are great for either two or four-mallet use
• The PBM is a Medium Hard mallet with a rubber core wrapped with cord to produce a nice full tone with a warm articulation

Signature Jazz Vibraphone Series PJM Jon Metzger Mallets

ProMark PJM Jon Metzger signature vibraphone mallets were designed by Jon Metzger, international Jazz performer and lecturer. It features a small, red cord wrapped head and rattan handle. The PJM produces excellent “attack” without an undesirable “ping” from the bars.

• PJM mallets features a cord wrap over a weighted rubber core on a rattan handle

Signature Jazz Vibraphone Series PLH Lionel Hampton Mallets

ProMark PLH Lionel Hampton signature vibraphone mallets were designed by the legendary and acclaimed vibist, Lionel Hampton. The PLH is a blue cord wrapped head on a rattan handle.

Signature Jazz Vibraphone Series PMJ Milt Jackson Mallets

ProMark PMJ Milt Jackson signature vibraphone mallets were designed by one of the premier jazz musicians, Milt “Bags” Jackson. The PMJ is a an over-sized mallet that has a warm tone and very little attack to the bar. It features a large, red cord wrapped head on a rattan handle.

• PMJ mallets are a medium core with a yarn wrap on a rattan shaft
• Length: 11 1/2”
• PMJ mallets are recommended for combo or solo work and are also great for a big bass marimba mallet
