The ProMark PSBD3 general bass drum mallet features a medium-sized felt head and low-weight, balanced hickory handle. The PSBD3 is the harded mallet of the series.

The ProMark PSBD5 legato/soft bass drum mallet features a soft, medium-sized felt head and low-weight, balanced hickory handle. The PSBD5 is ideal for passages where tone is desired over articulation.

Performer Series Bass Drum PSBDR

The ProMark PSBDR roller bass drum mallet features a very soft, medium-sized felt head and low-weight, balanced hickory handle. The PSBDR is a go-to mallet for smooth and dynamic rolls.

• The PSBDR mallets were designed specifically to be used in pairs as a roller mallet; the core is covered with American-style wool felt first, then an outer layer of synthetic wool which eliminates any contact sound which makes seamless smooth rolls effort
