The Dame Evelyn Glennie series, designed by Grammy Award-winning, internationally respected solo percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie, O.B.E., is to be used on both marimba or vibraphone. The graduated set features soft, medium and hard mallets.

 

 

Dame Evelyn Glennie Series EG1

eg1ProMark EG1 keyboard mallets are cotton-cord wrapped for pronounced attack and articulation. The EG1 has a softer articulation for increased tonal response, which is well suited for legato chordal passages. Each mallet features an unfinished birch handle for increased comfort and a slip-resistant feel.

  • A soft, cord-wrapped mallet, best suited for the middle range of the instrument
  • Length: 15 5/8″ Head Size: 1.35″
  • The hard core wrapped with cord on a birch shaft provides for a sharp, articulate attack to the instrument

Dame Evelyn Glennie Series EG3

eg3ProMark EG3 keyboard mallets are cotton-cord wrapped for pronounced attack and articulation. The EG3 has a medium articulation for the ideal balance between attack and tone. Each mallet features an unfinished birch handle for increased comfort and a slip-resistant feel.
